Voiceover   ·  Scream Queen

Welcome

It all started in the delivery room

...with a pathetically shrill and high-pitched scream. Had the doctor been listening, he might have noticed that his little swat on the bottom gave birth to a giant voiceover talent. A few years later, Sam Raimi cast her as the evil, hand-chewing monster in the cult legend Evil Dead. But it wasn't until she began performing her eclectic standup/magic/poetry reading act that her true voice emerged. Who knew that such a small and seemingly unimportant role would be her big break into the world of voiceover? She was plucked off the stage (beating out more professional screamers) to hollar for Bob's Big Boy.

The ad campaign took full advantage of Tilly's warm and friendly, yet contemporary and smart tone... along with her "real gal," non-announcer way of screaming. Throw in her very particular brand of not-too-perky, kind of sexy... and away she went, screaming her way through the Midwest for the popular restaurant chain.

No more screaming?

Since then, Tilly has purred, chatted and custom-voiced many, many commercial campaigns and voiced promos for every Network. Oddly enough, she's never been asked to scream again.
